We deliver construction contracts including large-scale high specification extensions, basements, refurbishments and conversions.
Each contract is tailored to the project, and we work along size the customer’s Contract Administrator and Designers to plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate the construction stage. Our two directors lead an impressive team of highly experienced site foremen, including structural engineers and surveyors as required to deliver the project with precision and expertise.

These projects are often interiors and fit out focused. Sometimes our customers live in while we do the work. Here we can offer a personal and adaptable approach through careful consultation. We understand that designers need freedom. We will work with you in a supportive way, and can provide prototypes, samples and mock-ups where required. We also have the capability to provide design input. A close working relationship between customer, director and site foreman ensures a smooth, stress-free build.

We have worked on a number of listed buildings and historic properties. This has broadened our teams experience, and provided opportunities to demonstrate our passion, attention to detail, and understanding of how historic buildings work. We work with craftspeople who are highly trained in a broad range of skills including leadwork, window restoration, façade restoration, stone masons and blacksmiths.
